Iphone 4 troubles?

Hi! so I had just turned on my iphone 4 after about a year of it being turned off. Once the phone was turned on all it said was "iphone is disabled" I am not sure what to do. The screen is completely functional so that is a plus but it wont let me go to the next screen to even make an emergency call. I was thinking that I could completely wipe my phone clean but the only way I know how to do that is through itunes. But when using itunes it makes you confirm on the device that these actions are aloud: ie: trust this computer. I cant get to the pop up that says that on my phone.. is there anyway that I can completely reset my iphone without using itunes or without having to confirm the action on my device? Oh and I can't hard reset it because the power button is jammed thank you!!

or:Go to an apple store, and they will know what to do. Why wouldn't they? It is their product after all...

or:Hey, there is the ios system recovery software like TunesKit. Maybe you can try it, and it can reset your iPhone without iTunes. Or go to Apple store.
