i got a call from an officer from the irs from the tax avenue service and need to call my attroney and stuff and if i dont call back they will issued
i got a call from an officer from the irs from the tax avenue service and need to call my attroney and stuff and if i don't call back they will issued a warrant on me, but the thing is i have no idea what he's talking about and i don't have any attorney? i'm really freaking out! i'm not sure if it was a miss call because he didn't mention any name, if i was the person he was calling to, so help!!

or:The call is fake. The IRS does not know who answered your phone, so they could not give out information about needing an attorney. Even if they rang your personal cell phone, a friend or relative could have answered it. Government departments would have to identify you before even talking about your tax situation. If you are still worried, call the IRS, and ask them about this call. If you are nervous about calling them, call from a work phone or a public phone. The IRS would probably write to you, or at least send email.
