Is $9,995 to much for a 2009 Toyota Corolla with 130,000 miles on it?

or:If its a toyota corolla and its suppose to last for a while with good maitance it might last i would chew the person who has it down on the price because of the mileage it has on it..Plus that you'll be able to see how it really performs once you take it for a little ride plus ask them if it has been gone through mechanic wise that's not to much to ask
