Is it a blood blister or cancer?

I woke up about a week ago with a bump on my arm about the size of a small pea. It was red and looked like a blood blister. Its right where I'd get my blood drawn on my inner arm. I accidentally scratched it open in the tub and it was a bloody mess - ruined two wash cloths and took awhile to get it to stop like other blisters ive had. (I'm pregnant and on blood thinners) it's closed up and filled with blood again but at night I wake up scratching it. I've reopened it a few times. I am worried that even though it's not at a strange location for one (I get blood drawn often) but it's a bump where my other blood blister ( on my face ) is almost completely flat. How do you tell the difference? At what point do I need to be concerned and get it checked out? Should I just keep an eye on it or do I go directly to my dr?

or:couldnt hurt to go to the doctor especially since you are pregnant. unless you gotta pay i guess.
