Is it disrespectful to you, to have your husbands family still have open communication with his ex-girlfriend? Someone he never married never had children with...so there are no ties but they still mingle with each other and spend time with each other. My husband doesn't but his mother, sister, niece all do. I sometimes feel that they do this to spite me. I don't know. I just find that highly disrespectful. I also feel like they relay messages to him about her. I hate feeling like this.. and before anyone says that I am being insecure trust me I am not. I just feel like that chapter should be closed. Honestly, my fear is that she is around his family to gather information about him and I. And that his family keeps her around because they don't like me. THAT'S my concern.

or:You're not being insecure what your feeling is understandable. Maybe ask your husband to say something to them? Say that your both quite uncomfortable with the situation and would prefer if they didn't communicate. They may possibly just like her and her company but is still innapropriate and they should know better.

or:Who is he sleeping with, you or her?How long were they a couple? Seems to me that if they established a friendship with her then it would be disrespectful to dump her. As long as they are not inviting her to the same gatherings or discussing her in front of you it shouldn't matter.Go get some therapy and work on your trust and self-confidence issues.
