Is it normal to bleed out of the green section?

I was on Leven ED and had to stop taking it 8 weeks before I had an operation. Seen my Dr and trying Microgynon 20 as I suffer headaches and while I wasn't taking any pill I had only 1 headache so we thought we would try this pill Microrgynon. My question is I started in the green section day 1 of bleeding which was a Thusday and down to the white tablets on the last row and got my next period on Thursday (which is on the white row) but not in the green section is this right to start bleeding before you get back into the green section?
It's only 2 tablets before the green section starts is this correct and will I be protected after taking this now going on the 2 nd month?

or:birthcontrol can be like that I would call your dr to make sure of theses areas but I think you use the green part to start your period then you take the white ones for normal
