Is it normal to throw up 3 times after a tonsillectomy & adenoidectomy?

or:The blood is pretty normal after having that kind of surgery there might be some swelling involved throwing may be normal to due to the fact the stomach doesn't do well with blood sitting in the tummy are you running a temperature?I would monitor the situation if theres over abundance of pain swelling bleeding go back to see the dr let the nurse know whats going on so they are aware.
