Is it possible to lose 22 kgs in 6 months if I run on the treadmill everyday?

I really really want to lose weight so bad..I look so bad right now because i gained weight and i used to look normal,and i want to lose weight like 2

I really really want to lose weight so bad..I look so bad right now because i gained weight and i used to look normal,and i want to lose weight like 22 kgs i wonder if i go to the gym everyday and run on the treadmill 5-6 times a week will i lose weight,and how long does it takes to see results,that i lost weight..? right now im depressed and i'm still hoping that i will lose weight but i am to afraid of falling off from the treadmill and i'm scared that i am not capable of doing cardio because im to weak..help me..

or:Well if you eat only 1000 calories a day instead of the normal 2000 calories and exercise 1 hour a day intensively than you can lose 1.5 kg a week. 22/1.5=15 weeks. Each month has 4 weeks so it will take you 15/4=4 months to lose 22 kg. Good luck.


or:yea you could lose weight in 6 months but the better way to look at it is to cut your sugar out of your diet stay away from soda drink diet soda count your calories and carbs down excersise everyday no matter what you do this should get you to the point where your doing very well add protein and fiber to your diet and you'll be very well on your way

Try being called stick, flatchested, alien, skronny, skinny, bony, weak, etc. , im a woman and all my life I've tried to GAIN weight.
