Is it possible to stream audio from PC to Mac?

I have a Macbook connected to an audio interface which is then connected to some speakers. On a seperate system I have a PC; which lacks a firewire port. Due to the audio interface only accepting firewire (and my PC not having a firewire port) I am forced to use my headphones to listen to any audio on the PC. The ideal setup would involve the audio being streamed to the audio interface... through the macbook. This would mean that I don't have to invest in a firewire port for the time being.
