i have an uneven complexion. the area around my chin and nose seems to be darker . i have a brownish yellow skin tone. through a friend of mine i came to knw about melacare cream and started using it. I have been using it for a month and there has been considerable changes. i just wanted to knw if there are any sideffect in using this cream bcoz i saw a few bad reviews about the product online and also wanted to knw its availability in the uae bcoz i bought this product from india. i live in dubai nw. so i wanted to knw if its available in india?
Also people say when u stop using that cream, ur skin would darken much more. I wanted to know if i stop using this cream mayb after a couple of months, how will i prevent my skin from going dark again? plss help

or:it could help you i think that when you have a medication like this its hard to get ahold of or there are limited supplys of the medication there should be a cheaper generic of the medicine i would check with your dr see if you can get it through your dr or mabe your dr could get access to the medication sometiimes a natural sub store that has natural organic that might have access to it
