hey there i have a question about seeing if the mother of my children is unfit.
me and my ex of 9 years have been broken up for just over 2 months i only moved out a month ago, she got a new boyfriend and the day i got all my stuff she had him move in, we have 3 children together, i currently have one under my care, and she has the other 2 but this started when we had our second child she ended up moving to edmonton to stay with her cousin with the new born and she had found out that he injected morphine and other opiets, so she started doing them with him while the newborn was under her care, she was with him for over a month until i found a place for us and the day i went to go pick her up she had to be rushed to the hospital because she had overdosed her heart had stopped and they had to get her heart going again, so after she got released from the hospital we drove to our new place wich was in red deer, and for the next year or so she was always doing needles, and i remember being at home one time and i heard some strange noises coming from the bathroom so i went and asked her if she was ok but she didnt reply so i grabbed a pen and unlocked the door to find her laying on the floor passed out with a needle in her arm, shes had history of other drug uses and alchohol problems, i came home about a month and a half ago to seeing her passed out on the couch with a lighter and a meth pipe and there was a vial of meth crystals on the table and i asked her about it and all she said was she was cleaning the pipe, the kids where in there bed room at the time and this was just after we had our third child, and recently when she let her boyfriend move in my oldest child would always complain the he yells at her all the time and she didnt like that he was there every night so i talked to the ex about it and she had told me to just keep her pretty much gave her to me so she could be with her new man and recently her boyfriend had messaged me telling me that im not aloud on the property and pretty much told me that he will take care of them, and with our youngest child she always send her to my dads girlfriends house, his girlfriend had the baby for a week and then i had picked her up and dropped her off to her mom and then 2 days later she was back at my dads girlfriends for another week, and my second child always says that her mom keeps the baby in a closet so that she doesnt hear her cry, please help me

or:yea i would say it needs to be looked into i would get a attorney cause in order to petition the courts you will have to go in front of the judge get a petition going saying that you want custody of the other two and why at this point you would probably get custody or legal guardianship of the other two kids the judge might ask the other two kids to talk in his chambers just ask for emergency guardianship of the kids write everything down as it happens petition the judge to intervine you have a case but your gonna have to file for this write away
