Is my little sister schizophrenic?

My sister is 13 years old and I've noticed quite a few things about her that have sparked my attention.I remember ever since she was around the age 5,up until now,she's always seen things that others don't.Often she would describe those things as monster resembling creatures that are "out to get her" and are watching her.These sitings/hallucinations led her into thinking she's capable of communicating with dead people.Also,I remember walking in on her once or twice talking out loud about her life but there was no one in the room besides her and when I asked who she was talking to,she replied "No one.". Also,if this helps with you being able to answer my question,she says that she feels the corner of her lips twitching like she wants to laugh or smile but she's incapable of doing so and she imagines herself just laughing crazily ,she also has a sort of lisp problem that causes her to talk in a sort of way that makes it hard to pronounce words correctly and it makes it difficult to understand when she's speaking.Also,she's very paranoid about the dark,she says that she sees things moving around/staring at her.She also has a habit of just randomly kicking things for no absolute reason and she s a generally happy person but,she could suddenly become very angered/irritable or depressed about her life and she tends to dwell on a lot of things in the past and she has a habit of making odd noises(wails,barking and hysterical laughs). She also laughs at inappropriate moments,like when someone hurts themselves.She also has a hard time focusing on things,it's like her thoughts spiral in a whole bunch of different directions and she has a hard time at staying organized.Also,she can literally just sit hours upon hours in front of the computer and she has very limited eye blinking. Oh,and I remember once late at night I heard whimpering coming from inside her room and when I walked in I saw her hiding under her covers saying how "something was watching her" and she was incapable of speaking because if she spoke that thing would come get her .Also she has this fear of when she's sitting down,something is going to come and grab her.I'm worried about my little sister.

or:The first thing I would do is get in touch with your local mental health team cause they can offer u advice aswell aa help ur sister. By the sounds of it there are defo some mental health issues being described.i have a personality disorder but with a diagnosis and medication I was able to function normally. It can only help you both. Dont keep this quiet. Its best to b open. its nothing to be ashamed of. Its common and easy to deal with. In reach or community mental health team is where you can find everything you need
