Is my therapist crossing boundaries?

He text me asking me how my court date went (I'm going though a custody battle with my daughter) I said it went ok sent him a pic of my daughter he said she looks like you, cute I said thanks I get that a lot he said me too and I said not that I'm cute that she looks like me and he said if you were any cuter you would need a license for it, your dangerous enough as it is. I don't know what to make of this??

or:A therapist is suppose to be professional. If you feel like that was too personal or over stepping boundaries etc. then tell him. In my opinion a therapist is not suppose to be flirting with his clients. Even in a joking manner. It's not professional, don't be afraid to him to stop if you don't like it.
