or:if the person who is his head of his estate or if he has no money don't know those circumstances if there is benefits you might just tell the creditors that are contacting you tell him he is deceased and there isn't any money he has left if any to not have to pay his bills just let them know what happened but i think that you shouldn't have to worry about
