I'm writing a story and this is very relevant because it is about a woman who slowly realizes that she accidentally killed her husband when she was suffering through this disease. I read about it once but I can't rememebr the name or anything.
I'm looking for disorder that could trigger you losing sense of the way time flows.

or:blacking out could cause it if you had brain cancer or other disease of the brain it could cause it bipolar could case it in some stages it could other mental health issues might cause it also late stages could cause it medical problems having to do with the brain can also causes it
