All you need to do is buy an adapter for USB to microUSB (make sure you have the female to male ports right) and just plug in and go.To make it clear regarding the male/female ports, the one you plug in is male, the other is female so you'd need a USB female (to take your pendrive) with a microUSB male adapter (to connect to the phone).Shouldn't cost you more than 10 dollars for the adapter.
