Is there such a thing as a waterproof mattress and where can I purchase one?

I work with an autistic adult with MR that wets the bed every night. Any sort of pad, liner, cover, topper is ripped off or destroyed even if snuck on under layers of sheets and no matter what the texture or snugness on the mattress. I need a complete mattress. Please help!

or:Not that I 'm aware!!Help is at hand however!!Look up a place that wks with aged / frail People +they can help you with this problem.They will be listed on the internet under Aged Care Mobility Aids or similar.I wked with aged (dementia) patients with thesame problem. There is a waterproof mattressprotector that stops the mattress getting wet.These are so necessary !!Good luck
