Is this a problem of ram ? should I increase it ?

or:I am not really sure if it is a ram problem. I had such a problem with a mid range laptop and had taken it to a repair shop where they found out that my graphics card was not working properly and i had to replace it. It would be better if u would take it to a repair shop.
