I was once in an exam, and I thought it was successful. However, during the exam, I may or may not have seen, at the corner of my eye, another candidate analysing a certain part of the extract. This may have prompted me in talking about that part of the extract within my answer. Is this cheating if I did this? I'm not sure if this is related to my OCD, but I feel guilty about this.
