Breakfeast= 80 grams porridge oats(oatmeal) and protein shake//Lunch= 2 large chicken breast with 1cup carrots and 1cup brocelli //Dinner= 3 large chicken breast ans 2cups peas// Supper=80 grams of porridge oats(oatmeal). (I also have another protein shake after i go the gym) (6 times a week)??
