Its been 4 weeks since I cut my finger and tip is still numb and all is swollen.What should I do?

Not to the bone but bleeding alot. I was suppose to get stitches but couldn't. When I said all is swollen I meant the finger I cut. I can't control the tip and when I try to bend it all the way it hurts and my hand is out of control/ shaking. No more bleeding at all tho.

or:It might be infected i would get some hydrogen peroxide and use it to clean the cut a couple times a day till it heals neosporin can also help the healing process you want to clean it really well you want to make sure there isn't any infection in it thats white puss you might end up going to the dr if theses ideas don't work.
