The past 2 years have really jaded me. I absolutely despise the abuse nurses take. I'm hard working, thoughtful, respectful and compassionate. Even on my worst days I do my job very well. I don't want to totally leave nursing but looking to go where my value will be appreciated. Ideas?

or:well hon i'm really happy that you stuck it out for so long others don't because the state takes advantage of other people and its not nice i would think about going into another part of health care someone will take your kind heart and your wittyness and work to bring you aboard and have trusting ways thats what i would do even after you have seen it all i think you would be promising to somone who won't use you for what ever reason mabe management you might like that career move
