Ive been working out for a long time, and i currently do about 6 different excercises. I currently do the same ammount on all of them. For example, for curls, i do 10 sets of 32 reps of 25lbs. I do the same ammount on every excersise. And i do it mon-fri. My dad says hes gonna take my weights away if i keep doing it so hard. I know im not gonna get hurt, because i know my limit, ive been doing the same workout for months, and i increase the intensity very slowly as the weeks progress. Im not tired, sore, fatigued, in pain, or anything afterwards. Is it still possible to hurt yourself even if you have ABSOLUTELY NO negative side effects? Plz only answr if u hav exp wrkout

or:Okay, I workout Mondays and Wednesdays. I know its not a lot but I still want to help you out. Please hear me out. Your dad knows what he's talking about. You should probably get more rest days in. I know that you are not getting tired but it's not healthy for your body if you only rest two days a week. Limit the days that you use your weights. Try other exercises. Your dad might let you keep them but remember, he's just looking out for you. I hoped this helped!

or:I can tell you for a fact, you do not need to worry. You do workouts twice a week and allow more than enough rest time. Professionals workout every day, as do I. Ive done this for over a year and ive completely transformed my body. I am a lot healthier then I ever was. I d suggest you change up your routine though. With those sets you will not be gaining much in terms of strength, mass, and power. Your workouts cover endurance, toning, and functionality. You clearly need to use heavier than 25lb dumbbells. Every few months I up my dumbbell set weight. 4 x 8 is considered a moderate workout. Find a weight that you can do 4x8 with but struggle with at the end and use that. You will be fine. Happy lifting bro.
