Ill keep this short. I used to wear jockstraps consistently all throughout my HS sports (2009) and all throughout my College sports (2014). When I go to the gym I still wear my jockstrap while I lift weights. Is that weird? Do any other guys my age still wear their strap while they lift weights? I'm 26 btw. Thanks guys!
