Knee aching, what is the reason?
So for sometime now my knee has been aching, its feel like its gonna slide out of place or that it isnt in the right spot. This has been happening for
So for sometime now my knee has been aching, it's feel like it's gonna slide out of place or that it isn't in the right spot. This has been happening for a while now. I've never had a knee injury but I played soccer at my higher for the past 3 years, I'm 17 year old female. I'm currently not playing soccer or doing any physical activities so I don't know why this could be happening. I mainly feel the aching and irritation when I walk, my knee cracks but when it's hurting a lot it doesn't. It also feels like in the back of my knee, in the same leg, I'm going to get a cramp but it turns into a slight cramp and the back of my leg feels tight and also irritated. Any ideas on what this could be? Why this could be happening? I've considered getting a knee brace but I don't want to get it if this won't help. Should I go to the doctor? I feel like they aren't going to give me many answers as to why this is happening.. Thanks, sorry this is long I tried to give as much detailed info as possible
