I've been taking 100mg 5-HTP for 3 days. After that i had to stop. It was giving me horrifying nightmares (SO BAD) where I cant get back to sleep. It has raised my anxiety gave me heart palpations, struggle to breathe and no motivation. I was so nauseas i couldnt eat for 2 days. Im not depressed, and i shouldnt of taken it. It was more for anxiety but has made it worse!
I've bought some L-theanine and passionflower extract to try and combat the anxiety but i need to know if it's going to mess around with my serotonin levels because im sure i have serotonin overload/toxicity right now. Not sure if l theanine works on gaba receptors or serotonin?
Please help these heart palps are not pleasant :(
