On Monday, I was prescribed antibiotics for a UTI. i'm on birth control and was supposed to have my period yesterday or today and haven't gotten it. I read that antibiotics can lower the effect of birth control. I did take a pregnancy test today and it was negative. any ladies have answers for me on why this is happening?
