Laptop won't stop rebooting?

Its a Windows 8/8.1. It keeps saying "driver irql not less or equal" (ndistpr64.sys). I cant login or enter safe mode. Help! or:It's a Windows 8/8.1.

or:You may have to go into settings and factory reset the computer. It sounds like you might have a virus on the computer. Now if you factory reset it you will lose all files on the computer but sometimes if you get a virus they are not saveable anyway.
