Last night I had diarrhea?

... after I was really really dizzy and when I went to pull my pants up, I fell over and passed out for a couple hours. I woke up staring at the ceil

... after I was really really dizzy and when I went to pull my pants up, I fell over and passed out for a couple hours. I woke up staring at the ceiling.l and I had knocked a bunch of stuff over during the fall. I really felt better after that though,and I drank lots of water and I still feel fine. What do you think happened? I have no idea why that happened because I've never fainted or anything before

or:If you were on drugs or alcohol thats why. If not you might be sick it could be anywere from a bad cold to cancer so just check with a doctor. As long as this is the only time it happens you will be perfectly fine
