Sales person sells me a car telling me it has 100 horsepower, but passed me a brochure with the specifications of the car saying that it has 70 horsepower. I forgot to read the brochure and bought the car, finding out it has only 70 horsepower. Can I sue them under misrepresentation? What if they rebut that I didn't read the brochure and it's my fault? And under what section of law can I use to fight back?
