You know how when you meet someone in your life for the first time and just know they are meant to be with you... Well this happened to me about 3 months ago.

First let it be known that I have been in a committed relationship for about 2 years now and enjoy the time spent with my significant other and love that person very much, but our relationship has not been progressing, I have not met my partners family or friends and feel like I am a hidden part in their life. I have expressed my feelings about meeting my partners family and friends and wanting to grow in life with each other, but things have not changed since about 3 months in our relationship. We only spend 2 days a week together for the past two years, not due to work conflict, just because my partner thinks two days is enough. If it were up to me we be living together after this amount of time.

Now back to "You know how when you meet someone in your life for the first time and just know they are meant to be with you...Well this happened about 3 months ago." So this other person and I have been spending a significant amount of time together, a great deal more then my partner and I do now. We have expressed our feelings for each other and future goals in life. I have not cheated nor would I ever cheat on my partner, but this person I have met feels so right and we have grown to be best friends during the short 3 months of knowing each other. I have met my new friends family and friends, and this person has opened up a great deal quicker then I would have ever imagined and much more then my current partner.

I guess the question is, What should I do? Try to keep growing with my current partner were things have stopped progressing, or take the gamble with my new found interest and new best friend in life?

Just looking for other views and objectives on this..

or:thing is here you have progressed so much and you have feelings have you discussed this and how you see both of you doing with what you have already does it seem like something you can build on you have already meant his faily and friends mabe theres nothing more that you can really get from the relationship your in and i don't see it going anywhere let the partner you have in question go so the one you just got it can grow cause it can really go somewhere and thats the one you should be with it sounds more like it can be adventureous and the right fit
