Light spotting two weeks after period?

Not sure if anyone had a similar problem, but perhaps you'll be able to help.
I'm 25, and have had regular periods for as long as I remember. Recently a few months ago, I started to have spotting inbetween the periods. It comes two weeks after my 'normal' period and lasts for about a week. It's not painful, I don't have any other symptoms that would concern me. I went to my doctor recently and did some tests, all came clear. No infections. I'm not overweight, eat reasonably healthy... Is there something else I'm missing?The doctor didn't seem concerned, so perhaps it is just stress, however any recommendations would be helpful!
