Okay I have a few questions. (1.) Do you think I should be little red riding hood for halloween. I'm 11 years old, 4'11", light-regular brown skin, brown eyes, and black medium length hair. I've become self conscious of how I look, and I wonder if this costume would okay. (2). I'm not getting a "costume in a box" because I want to make my own. Not from total scratch but like getting the parts indivisually. Anyways, where can I get a blue or white dress like red riding hood for a good price?(3). Final question. Where can I get a red hooded capelet like red riding hood or how can I make my own?
