Hi everybody, I never really asked on this before so here it goes.
Basically my girlfriend is 17 year old & I'm 18 & we have a long distance relationship.
She used to live in Australia however her parents moved back to England because they missed family. We decided to keep our relationship a long distance relationship, as she intends on coming back. Her brother already lives over here so he could help her settle as well.
We skype every few days also. She booked her ticket for when she turns 18 & was saving money for when she returns.

This was all up until a few days ago, out of no were she seemed a little uncertain. She enjoys her job, her family & was cautious if the only reason she loved Australia was for me. She goes with her family to racing events & enjoys it, however i know that other guys flirt with her at these events, which is why I dont want her going.

Then the very next day she turned around & told me , i'm controlling her life & she would miss her family to much to move back to Australia & telling her not to go to these events even though it is mainly family bonding times.

The solution we came up with is I would move back to the UK & her family would help me until I get the job I want.
I cannot help but think is it naive for me to do this or is it the factor she choose everything else over me in Australia an indication she no longer wants me in her life anymore??

or:Its obvious that you love her if you're willing to move country. That takes alot of reason that you'd move so far away for her but the one thing you have to make sure is that she has the same love for you aswell. If she suggested that you move to uk then you could say that its whatever suits her because you have to do all the moving and driving up to her and all. A good relationship is when the two people love each other alot and they would equally meet each other under circumstances. So you should say that why do you have to do all the moving while she stays where she is and not contributing to the relationship.

or:Hi! I too, have been in a long distance relationship, and know it's not easy. Isn't it hard when you love someone who lives so far away? I totally understand what you're going through. And I can tell that you really do love this girl. You being willing to move across the country to be with her is so sweet. Honestly, in my opinion, maybe you guys should stay where you are for a little bit, but stay in touch. If it's meant to work out, it'll work out. :) I love someone who lives in Africa, and I live in the U.S. so, I'm just leaving God in control of the situation. Hope this helps!
