Looking for a data plan that DOESN'T renew automatically, so I can save money when I don't use data?

I have a Verizon Ellipsis tablet, and Im using about 1 gb a month, and I cant find such a small data plan. So Im now looking for a data plan that DOES

I have a Verizon Ellipsis tablet, and I'm using about 1 gb a month, and I can't find such a small data plan. So I'm now looking for a data plan that DOESN'T renew automatically, so I can download in one month and read in the second, and pay only for one month. I'm ready to change tablet if needed.
