Looking for a saying I heard sounds like surry sarah. Means whatever, or go with the flow... sorta?

Ive heard this saying many times, and in context it usually means something along the lines of "what happens will happen". It sounds like "Sari-sarrah

I've heard this saying many times, and in context it usually means something along the lines of "what happens will happen". It sounds like "Sari-sarrah" but I have no idea how it's spelled so google isn't able to figure out what I'm talking about. I think it might be french, but I don't remember for sure.

The only example I can remember of someone saying it in a film or media is in the anime "Fruits Basket" Shigure says it once in the dubbed version (I believe it's in the episode when they go to the baths so he can dodge his editor, but I couldn't find a dubbed version with subtitles to figure it out)
