Im just going to jump straight into this. I have 2 daughters (3&5) and one son(4 months). My boyfriend has a daughter also, she is 6. My son is by my boyfriend, so we share one child together only. I know that you love your own child/ren more than you do a "step" but is it normal to favor your own? My boyfriend favors hes daughter more so then my girls. When he comes home from work, he likes to drink coffee and watch t.v in his room, so when my girls are in their when he arrives, after about 15 minutes he tells them to go play, but when hes daughter is in there he will say, "what do you wanna watch". Another example whwn he gets home if my girls leave trash in the living room he says get that up. Well today when he got home from work hes daughter (mind you that my kids are with their grandmother for the day and night) left a yogurt cup ans spoon on the coffee table and he picked it up for her! I show no favor in these kids at all becuase my heart nor mind will let me. So is it normal to do what he is doing and im just different, or is he wrong and others feel the same as do?
