Lump behind ear still there after 3 years?

When I was 13 I had the chickenpox and I noticed a lump behind my ear on the bone. I could move it around and it was squishy, being the hypochondriac that I am I looked up on the internet and I came across lymphoma. I was really scared but decided to leave it, however since I've had it I've been touching/fiddling with it a lot and I read somewhere that it can cause lymph nodes to sty enlarged if you do that. Ever since I found it I've been touching it often. I'm 16 now and I'm currently sick with a cold but I've been touching the lymph node and it's seemed to have gotten hard and swollen, although I have been playing around with it a lot. I'm scared to go to the doctor. I have no symtoms of lymphoma except from the swollen node. Should I be worried?

or:The lumps on your collarbone are, well, your collarbone. But I would definitely talk to a doctor.
