Im having a major crush on my co-worker who's in a top management, older than me 4 years & of a different race/religion. Initially, we had a rough start even as a colleague, but i don;t know somehow in the middle i've developed this crush on him. Try as i might i think im losing my head, i can;t get over it! From what i heard (through his downline colleague's, he's still single) so that actually makes me more drawn to him. So far though, he did not behave in such way to indicate he's also having feeling on me as he's always talking about work except recently when we're out for lunch he just commented about how i can wait for "the one" unlike my other friends, inquired also about which type of guy i like (mainly focusing on race, wealth status, etc) when i was whining about how my friends chose to get married this month (back to back-every week having wedding reception). Eventhough he did asked about my type and how im waiting for the one, he didn;t actually let me answer. He just asks and asks, didn;t even gave me a chance to answer him. What CONFUSES me is one minute he seems like into me & then another totally nothing. I'm not sure whether its something in his past/work where he had some rough experience or he's just being nice/friendly to me?
Seriously, this guy is making my head spin!! I really don;t get it why he's behaving in such way?

or:well sometimes the book you get when you go to work for a employer they say no dating in the work place i don't know if that was in the company manuel or not and for some one might as well as date tells me that mabe there isn't a rule to say no dating in the manuel with in the company so this guy is interested to a point but sees things differently at times asking questions not waiting for a answer to a question you might have to ask the questions he asks to find out anything turn the table on him and ask him the questions to see how to approach the situation he has earned the spot that he has through loyalty you might have to do the same
