Maplestory issues?

I took 30 minutes to download Maplestory and when it loaded up the account creation tab half of the tab was cut off. I dont know what to do and whethe

I took 30 minutes to download Maplestory and when it loaded up the account creation tab half of the tab was cut off. I don't know what to do and whether I'll be able to find it again if I close it or if I'll have to reinstall everything. (If you need a pic to explain lemme know. I got a screenshot of it to send to my Google+ and see if they can help.) Is there anyway I can possibly fix it without f*cking it all up? Q~Q
