1. What is Starbucks' objective in using each site?
2. Who is Starbucks trying to communicate with (what customer segment) by using this media format? What is the reach for each site?
3. Does the social media communication affect consumer buy behavior and/or relationship to the brand?
4. One issue with social media is whether it can drive sales. Will the target market buy more Starbucks as a result of their social media campaigns?
