or:well if its a dream and you both had it the same night its possible its wishful thinking on his part and exspecially when you come to grips with it you both said we are just friends it might mean something if you were going out or you were boyfriend and girlfriend ask your self this do you really have more then friendship feeling for him if you can answer that then you might have the real answer to the question can you see yourself in that kinda relationship with him ?if not you figured out the answer to the question
