2016 montoro sport audio system changed by one of local shop person into android version system. While Fitting he said steering wheel controller will not work because there will be some voltage issues and this system will not support.
After 2nd week there was some loose connection and due to that one fuse went down. Went to new place to rectify that and they said old person didn't fix properly and wiring also not ok.
At last they re fixed all the wires and they said system is not original montoro and this is belong to Toyota version. As per them if i fix new system will work steering control too. Also they checked with their systems and all options are working.
After that we realised rear one speaker and one more speaker which is located near mirror also not working. They are saying montoro cones with in built amplifier and separate amplifier not require and this all issues due to current audio systems.
Kindly advise is this true. Is montoro comes with amplifier or no. What will be the best advice
