ankles swelled, and purple on bottom, heart rate is 120 per minute. Fell two weeks ago and I think she cracked an upper rib. This is not the usual for her. What can I do to get her medical attention if she is refusing going to the er or doctors. She lives alone in an apartment

or:you must call social services or get her committed to a health service provider,have you try to contack AA,or your church.
