Im building a commander deck and i know no two cards can have the same name. But what if i have two different Dromokas, Eg. Dragonlord Dromoka (My commander btw) and Dromoka, The Eternal. The same creature n'all i know but can i have them both in my deck?

or:Yes, you can. If the title is different, then you can add them. The only exception to this rule would be Shadowborn Apostle. But he's a rule breaking card anyway.
