or:Unfortunately you do need to reinstall windows. If you dont have a copy of the disk / download file you can contact Windows and see if they send you the licence code. If you can't remember when you got it originally, this may be tricky.If for any reason you can't get it, unfortunately you'll have to pay for a new copy of Windows.These types of errors happen more often if your computer is corrupted.
