So I went to the attorney of child support decided to fill out an application and know I'm scared that he might take away my baby from me. I want to know if he can take my son away from me like for the weekends I'm really scared because his just a baby. And his dad doesn't know nothing about him he doesn't even know how to change a dirty diaper. Please help me

or:Does he have the baby or do you have the baby?The thing is if you have the baby he can put in for child support if you have the baby you can get child support in order for him to get support he has to take it to court. This being if you filled out a support order he will have to pay support and he can't demand anything the judge would have to order visitation rights. But your still in control he can't visit unless he pays the support order he can not get child support cause you have the baby so he is just blowing steam. But to he can't just take the baby i would get something that gives you custody of the child and don't put your self in a situation where he can take your baby.
