Weve been dating for almost a year now and things have gone great. Then he tells me he is going to be baptized and wants to believe in god.when we first met we always made fun of religion and thought that the idea of god was just silly... I have always been agnostic/athiest. Im also a very accepting and supportive person. However no matter how hard I try, i just cant accept it. I feel like bringing religion into the relationship will change so many things. I want to accept it but i just cant no matter how hard i try. I cant find any forum that wont nag me for not believing in god... So this is the last place im trying... Please give me a solid answer. This whole religion thing feels like a dealbreaker. I dont want to sound selfish or discrimitive. I just really need advice.. Please help..
