My brother in law and his ex girl friend gave me permanent guardianship back in August of 2012?

Of my 1 y.o nephew, I have took care of him on and off all his life, I would get him for a week at a time, and have to go buy him everything he needed, I had him from the end of June to to August when I asked them for guardianship, beings that neither one of them was here to help take care of him, I had to give my nephew his st birthday party because they had forgot and didn't have the money to even get him a small gift, I have been supporting him since the end of June, after I got guardianship the mother has called the cops twice trying to tell them that I kid napped her son, the cops came to my house and I showed them papers from the court and then she tried saying she didn't sign the paper, I tried to be nice to her and gave her visitation with her son every Wed. the first two visits she didn't show up and then she showed up for visits from September to October the 10,2012 and that was only 4 times and that's not in a row either, but she hasn't seen him since 10/10/12 I have wen out of my way twice to drive 20 mins from home to meet her and she would not show up, I have not heard from her since being of January and she didn't even ask bout him she only asked when are going to give me my baby back, I need help and I can't get it unless I have him so I can get food stamps and other help, I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHAT ARE THE CHANCES OF A JUDGE GIVING HER CUSTODY BACK? she has CUTT her self because she didn't get her way with my brother in law, he don't help with the baby either he comes around only when he needs or wants something! I LIVE IN ARKANSAS and I have 4 of my own kids,

or:it might be a free meal on her part she hasn't as long as you got papers showing the judge signed and sealed the paper work keep track of everything you do this way the judge can see for him self whats going on
