My check has my name and my college's name it says pay to "my name" AND "my college" can I cash it?

Just want to know if i can cash it since some say you have to have both people endorse it, but this is a college... can i take it to a liquor store? w

or:i would see who sent it to you might want to check and make sure its lagit and it isn't a scam theres alot of that going on out there cause you never know i would be taking it to the college and check it out before trying to cash it if it is real you can get the colleges signature on it i doubt they will let it slide with out both signature
